The game is amazing the only request I have is why do I have to restart my iPhone every time I log in? It’s keeps crashing! Saying my food is overcooked but then it’s fine! Please fix

Enjoy the game but the offer for gems for taking surveys does not work. I take the survey but never get the gems. It’s a set up.

I used to play this along time ago and stopped. Now that my kids have a phone they play it. We are having fun together!

When I first started playing bakery and restaurant story there was an option to select “gift ALL” that sent gifts to all your neighbors. No I have to sit and click each one individually. This is time consuming. Nothing was wrong with that option. Please bring it back.

developers need to give people who have reached level 99 more. there are still recipes i can’t unlock because i’m stuck at level 99. please work on this because i would literally play this game till i die. i’ve already been playing it for 9 years throughout each phone i’ve started a new bakery and got to level 99. i don’t want to have to wait till i get a new phone.

I’ve loved this game since FOREVER. what I’ve realized now that I’m older is how there’s no option to have black characters, or mixed characters, only a white male or female. Even the decorations that you can purchase of actual stick figures, none of them are black. There’s a mixture of whites with maybe one black but you have to be on a very high level to be able to purchases them. Idk man... I still like the game but just be aware of this issue. #BLACKLIVESMATTER ?????.

After the last update everytime I place items to cook I come back and they were never placed on the oven and some disappear completly I have played this for over 5 years and would hate to stop over this issue thx now i issues with an item that I baked earlier disappear from my oven choices what is going on with this game ever since the latest update 3 weeks ago please go back to the old ways thxUpdate you need to fix stuff again now I get no notice when my food is done cooking or even if I get tips or messages why no fixes for a whole year . I love your game I have good friends here but it’s so hard to enjoy

My kids and I loved playing this game and whoever would see the notification and food was ready, that person would go in and collect the food and put more to bake. We have noticed that you no longer get a notification and like everyone else, life gets busy and you forget so everything is rotten by the time you remember to check back in.
