Even though I have purchased the premium version, I see annoying ads all over the app! And when I try to disable ads from the settings, it says there are no payment options!!! What?!!

I have used this at three different times, and three different times I have been blocked with no reason and no way to contact them. I like this app because it’s easy to use, however if it’s a hassle to even contact him with issues it’s definitely not worth it. There’s many other apps to use to avoid the headache
