I paid for the Brawl pass and never got rewards. I try to ask for help no answer never got my money back.

I have played this game approximately four years now and have recently just deleted it and plan to keep it deleted for as long as it takes for them to re-balance and restructure the pay walls within the game.For years I would tell anyone that would listen this is the best free to play app available in the entire market place. I haven’t talked to anyone about it in over 6-8 months now. My level has been maxed for over a year, but when they introduced runes they broke the game. Fine. Whatever. Still a playable and sometimes fun game. Then they continued to crank up the cost to use the runes that a necessary now in late stage gameplay. The cost basically requires you to spend 15-25 real dollars just to have enough gold to keep runes active. Turned game into a terrible grindy/expensive less fun version of what was once the best game available. Devs just want more money and apparently are totally fine with damaging the quality of their game to make more of it. It’s sad, I’ve played this game every day for many years now, but will probably never play it again. Devs please fix broken pay structure. I have no problem with paying $5 a month for the brawl pass, but you are just too greedy now.

I’ll make this quick…the balancing for this game is absolutely abysmal, the best units in the game are all legendaries and unless you are willing to spend money to ensure you get these overpowered units, kiss any hope you have of winning goodbye. Terrible game…truly terrible.

I love the whole idea of this game and the fact that there is a brawl pass makes it a even better.This is a super fun game and I would recommend getting it.I haven’t experienced any problems yet.so get it today.

Only 3.5m of my views on YouTube have agreed this game needs major repairs and fixes. One of those major issues is when someone rage quits a game in 2v2 they shouldn’t be allowed to rejoin the game. Second no more bombs should be allowed in 2v2 players need to learn skill instead of being trash. Third no wonder this game hasn’t grown any because y’all allow the same continue cheaters to advance while people who work hard to build and actual get skill at this game continue to stay at the bottom. Just some advance from a pro gamer who built your game to where it is now.
