Nadie acepta o reponde los mensajes ni por cortesia o simplemente decir esta o no disponible. Y comunicarse con los que rentan es casi imposible.

(Review based on most recent update) The new update is horrible and super glitchy. Firstly, the apartment requests and chats were merged into the same tab and it’s really difficult to navigate and organize. I need to go into each individual chat to archive it (instead of swiping left to open the chat menu) with no option to delete it altogether. Often when I select to archive a chat, it still shows up on the messages tab, and sometimes I’ll select one chat, but it opens a different one. I also can’t seem to find the archived messages section, so I’ve lost some chats I wanted to keep. The app also shows that I have notifications, but when I open it there are none. Hopefully you guys can iron out these issues and release another update soon. The previous version was great!

This app has helped me find several possible tenants within a reasonable time frame. After trying a lot of different apps and websites, this app felt like it was actually trying to help me list my apartment successfully.

He usado Badi dos veces para conseguir una habitación. Estoy muy atento a los problemas que tiene el app y a las mejoras que no se han hecho. En particular, creo que app de Badi pudiera hacer un matchmaking súper bueno y de manera facil. Yo quiero una habitación para mi y mi pareja. Este es un filtro súper sencillo basado en True / False. Sin embargo, recibo millares de requests de habitaciones con cama individual que no puedo simplemente borrar de la lista. Tengo que hacer dos taps para lograr el cambio. No puedo simplemente borrar. Filtrar por barrio o ubicación sería ideal. Además—si los alquileres tuvieran una forma de acreditarse—excelente. Gracias!

Please please! Don't waste your time downloading this app or trying to use it. I thought it was a legitimate business and gave it a chance even though it was a new company. Everyone that messaged me were all scammers and literally wanted me to send them money before I could even visit the apartment. I reported it but the colony honestly doesn't verify their users. I'm completely disgusted, especially since atleast two male housing agents both asked me to come down to their office in suggestive ways or maybe even dangerous ways, making rude jokes and sexual innuendo. Disgusted. Delete delete delete

My main issue is that people keep offering me a room with a twin bed & we are a couple. I wish there was also a filter for who can contact me. Otherwise it’s a waste of time deleting requests from people who’s rooms are not compatible with my needs.

I’m sorry to say that but I experienced a foolish advert. I lost money. Everything was legal and still the “landlord” cheated on me. Please guys be aware of that and check everything twice. The lady was called Luca Martina Evelyna and she said she was from north Birmingham. Be careful! Matt

Can't remove credit card details from account

Now Badi asks for you to accept a credit card charge judt to get in contact with someone without you even knowing if you are going to choose this flat. And you can't remove your credit card info from the app. This is just very unfriendly behavior for the user. If I don't want you to have my card details I should be allowed to remove them. Very bad experience.
