3.2.0 killed one of my favorite games

Bacteria.io evolution was one of my most played games of 2016. It was one of the most fun and creative evolution games I’ve EVER seen! It featured 2 unique bosses, a huge world of bacteria and upgrades that can power up and change the looks of your bacteria by how you upgrade it. It was almost perfect! All it needed was just a bit more variety like play as a cell that works together or a virus that infects cells to make virus bots (with an exclusive bacteriophage that infects bacteria that costs $1.99 to get) more bosses and many more!... until this update changed the face of the game... instead of it being an evolution game, all it is is just a team PVP based game where all you do is just kill the enemy team and that’s it. What makes this update even worse is that it removed bosses, barely removed the feature where your bacteria changes by upgrading it and now looks as if nothing is changing which is the very thing I hate about it and worst of all is the lost potential this game could have gotten! If your going to do something like this then you’ve just disappointed me and was a bad decision to make to this game that was all about evolving and improving to be the best of them all before this update came in and ruined everything about it. Please, I beg you, just update the game that it was originally made to be instead of this trash it has become. I don’t hate you all but it ruined what I wanted it to be. Can’t you do it just for the sake of this game for me and everyone else?

There should be an option to pick the kind of special you want to use, im stuck on one that i dont want do use and ik about the little shape in the corner that can allow you to pick a different special, but i dont have anymore of thrm

I bought something so whenever I died, My Experience would stay.

Not feeling amused by you.

A few days ago I bought something so it would save my Experience if I died, but your update got rid of it, and I couldn't get it again if I tried, Please fix this. Else there is no point in buying things from you if every single update messes it up. ?

It's good but filled with ads and onece you get to level 50 it won't level you up anymore just reset to 50 and when at a multiple of 10 leveling takes forever like an hour please fix I'm updating my review better than your game I posted this 4 weeks ago.

All bots, not true .io game

I turned on airplane mode (cut the Internet) and the game is ONLY bots. After a while you start to see how they all move and you can pretty much avoid them. It got boring since I was the only strategist there. Try it out for yourself by circling repetitively around a couple bots. They turn toward you at about the same time, don't get out of the way when being eaten by the bot next to them, and all of them end up chasing you. It's like there's no other important player but you. Got boring after 20 minutes. NOT paying $15!!!! to remove ads either. Great idea, great design, poor poor poor execution.

Too many bots. Bad upgrades

First problem, at least in the free game, Chaser Bots. The Chaser Bots latch onto your name and follow you relentlessly. Doing so, kills you, which forces you to watch adverts which is supposed to compel you to pay for the ad-free game (it doesn't). Real humans would grow bored and switch focus (Chaser Bots don't). Second problem, in-game upgrades leave you vulnerable to attack during the upgrade screen. This could be solved by a slide-out panel which only partly covers the screen per upgrade type. Which would improve player retention. Third problem, as noted by another reviewer is that there are no human players aside from yourself. Which makes the presence of Chaser Bots all the more annoying and player retention losing. If I were the developers I would put a "max chase time" limit of 45 seconds per chosen Chaser Bot before another one takes over. As this would make the game less irksome. I would also put a "Chaser Bot Disinterested" flag to ON for the player if using the upgrade screen with a 45 second timeout before the Bots attack the player if the upgrade screen is left on too long.

The game is really fun with smooth graphics. I would rate it 5 stars but the game needs more upgrades e.g. New abilities and when you get to higher levels your germ should grow as well. Still a really fun game.
