No lie: Garbage and not random dice

If you love the game get a different app. I agree with all of the other reviews. The dice are not random- it sure feels like an outright lie that it’s random. They appear to be calculated in a way that forces you to buy more currency in online games. There’s no way that, for example, 20 rolls of two dice go by without a “1” coming up. Or 9 rolls in a row between competitors of 6 and 1. It’s mathematically almost impossible. If it was once in awhile I’d allow it. But it’s recurring. 34 rolls of 2 dice without a “5” on either. Get a different app if you want legitimacy.

Let me start off with the ONLY good thing I have to say. **GOOD GRAPHICS AND THATS IT. this game cheats beyond reason. For example THREE GAMES IN A ROW the other guy had 12 double rolls and how many did I have? ONE! It lets the rich get richer and the poor keep losing. It will give the other person doubles beyond doubles when NO ONE IN REAL LIFE WOULD EVER ROLL THOSE. It says it is fair and it is COMPLETELY UNFAIR. APPLE SHOULD CHECK INTO THE SINCERITY OF THIS APP BECAUSE ITS A LIE

This app has changed so much over the last couple of years....for the worse in my opinion. When I first started playing this app, you could chat with any player you chose to play with out of the queue. Then, that feature was removed & you could only chat with established “friends”. This defeated the purpose of making friends. I personally didn’t add a player as a friend until after I’d played & chatted with an individual a few times. But, I continued to play & just chose my matches from the queue based on bet size, name, photo or just random CHOICE. Now.....NO choice is available to me. The game now chooses who I can play, how many times, with or without extended time & I can’t even pick a board design unless I choose the corresponding bet amount. And forget making “friends”! Main chat is the only place to have a conversation. What’s the purpose in that? I’d rather be playing the game & chatting than just posting random comments in a group of players who may or may not speak same language. As soon as I’m out of coin, I’ll be leaving this game. Too bad....at one time this was a fun game....now it’s boring....like playing the computer. I’ll be looking for a new backgammon app....I suggest you do too.

Fast, online has many players. Offline is good to for airplane rides and such. Nice board choices. Hear some complaints from others about dice favoring opponents but that’s the way player may feel when losing and it all goes around in the course of continued play. Developers work hard. They provide methods to check impartial dice roll integrity. Have been playing years now. Coin is reasonable and goes a long way. Much better than most of the other BG games online. Give it a try, I did and got hooked :)

To anyone considering purchasing this app, I urge you to save your money and play for free. There are several reasons as to why, but the one that stands out the most is the dice are fixed! In 10 consecutive games, I was able to guess the opponents next role of dice and was dumbfounded when my daughter and I were correct an unbelievable percentage of the time. I contacted the game developers to let them know. They said that if I could predict greater than 60% I would be a genius and they would reward me with gold coins for the game. So I recorded a game while guessing 67% of the rolls and submitted my recording as they also suggested. Now they claim they can’t open the email due to size??? Whatever losers! . I think it’s pathetic and sad that they won’t admit to the fact that their Marcene random dice algorithm is obscene and unbelievable!!! Don’t waste your money! Sir William
