Developer refuses to update

Submitted a ticket with developer asking that game be update to work on newer devices. Response I got was we are not going to update old games. Why are they still selling it when they know it does not work with modern devices. If the game were updated so I could play on my iPad Pro it would get 5 stars.

The developers needs to let us the customers know that this game won’t work on the ipad pro’s and iPhones 7/7plus and higher it won’t even load on my iPad pro 12.9 and my iPhone 7plus and update is needed I enjoy playing telltale game but this one i am very unhappy with. NEED AN UPDATED TO COMPATIBLE WITH IPAD PRO AND IPHONE 7/7 PLUS

The first episode is awesome! Don't purchase the in-app purchase of 2-5. You are just throwing your money down the drain. They won't even download and it is on Telltale's side so they would just be stealing your money. I sent an email and got a response that they know there is a problem and try a list of options that when applied do not work. Their server is consistently dropping after you get so much downloaded. It's B.S.

Please fix the downloading process. I cannot get any of the other episodes and I paid you for it! That’s unfair especially when I read the other comments and it seems like you just don’t care because it’s being ignored for a very long period of time. I know it’s a difficult job what you guys have, to create this game for mobile devices but show some care and concern to your fan base. Especially when it’s being advertised in the App Store along side of your new Batman game. Please fix this.
