Glitch in the lullabies playing

It seems like everytime I renew my subscription there’s always a problem with the app, when I click on certain songs within the app it’ll start playing then stop, the song will play but the video it’s showing will freeze, and when one song is playing it then jumps to the next song without finishing the song that was just playing, when I click on an icon to play (bedtime stories, sweet dreams, etc) it’ll start loading but then close out and go back to the homescreen and it’s becoming frustrating to listen to while my babies try to go to sleep listening to it and I think for the amount I’m paying for the yearly subscription it should work better than this and I’ve been using this app since 2016 and have these issues on and off, please fix these issues.
