Every time I try to make my Minecraft baby skin go to my Minecraft and I start playing and it is not transferring and I’m like seriously ?????

But the only problem is when I play on Minecraft with the baby skins they look like paper.oh also when I play on friends they see Steve and not my cool skin so if you can fix that it would be awesome!!?
