What do you do when you purchase a part of the game that is locked? But it doesn't unlock the car. So you check to see if the card went through, and it says paid for, just need to restore! But when you push restore icon it says no purchase was made ?...

We paid for the unlocked package and it won’t work on our daughters iPad. They charged us $13 and the app doesn’t work. Waste of money

I paid $13 to unlocked all cars and it didn’t unlock but charged my card I would like a refund. If it was up to me it wouldn’t get a star

I tried to purchase the full package of 6 cars for my son’s iPad. It was charged to my account, but it does show as available in the app. When I try to purchase again, it indicates that the purchase was already made and will be restored. However, I have restarted and redownloaded countless times without success. I cannot find any contact information on the developer’s website as suggested through Apple help. I would love to hear from someone so that I don’t waste the $13.

0 stars! I purchased upgrade to app was charged but cannot get access to content. Was redirected to help center and received no help. Wish I could at least get refunded.

None the f the Pinkfong apps are worth the $. They over charge for the full version and it doesn't keep a child entertained for more than 5 minutes.

My children have been using this FULL app for free forever and a recent update locked all the cars except for the bus. Angry that you now want me to pay to use something that I’ve been using for free for so long
