The app worked for a while but now the videos won’t load up for my kid to enjoy the learning songs for the letters etc....fix it maybe or send a refund even a partial partial refund since some parts of the app do work. Her favorite is the videos that aren’t working....

I bought this app for my son & paid the $13 for the rest of the alphabet after “D”. It never downloaded & never restores no matter how many times we try. I’m sure I’ll never get my money back, but come on Pink Fong, fix this issue!! Such a rip off, do NOT download!!!!

I purchased the whole package of this app but for some reason it won’t load the complete thing. I tried to restore it and nothing, it just stayed “loading”. $13 Thor nothing. Very disappointed

My daughter was playing the free version of ABC phonics when I realized she couldn’t get pass the letter D without purchasing. So I purchased the “mini bundle” for $1.99 and received access to ONLY the letter E! This app should’ve been more specific about the mini bundle by disclosing the $1.99 purchase was for ONE letter. This is also very frustrating because I previously purchased the $12.99 app by Pink Fong and realized it could only be installed on one device. I don’t understand why the $12.99 app doesn’t include the phonics app?? I will not purchase Pink Fong apps anymore
