I paid for the full version of the app. Now that iOS has been updated to 11.2, the app is incompatible. I have tried contacting the developers twice now to no avail. Now I am out $1.99.

I purchased this game earlier this year for my nephew (who absolutely LOVES it by the way). My iPhone just updated and I received a message saying that this game is not compatible with iOS 11 because there is no current update available for it. Please let me know when an update will be available for this game. If there will not be an update available, then please let me know when I can get a refund. Thank you.

I’ve had he free version for about 2 Months, and I️ finally decided to buy the full version. My iPhone 7 updated, and now I️ get a message saying the app is no longer compatible and needs an update. I’d give this 5 stars if it actually worked on my phone—but for now, it gets a thumbs down since it doesn’t work! Can I️ get my money back?
