If I could give this app a zero I would. Inappropriate for little children and the controls are not working. Please make a better game than this. I don't know of any doctors that smack children's butt's when getting a shot. Please remove this game or perfect it a little more.

This game is inappropriate and who ever made this should have made it better...AND when I saw a butt on the screen... DELETE,and Plus it's too hard.
