Time Magazine says:
"Baby Feed Timer, an elegant app that makes tracking breastfeeding a cinch, with perks.
The feed timer gives you “left” and “right” buttons (large buttons, thank goodness, so they’re easy to hit if you’re simultaneously cycling the baby through different feed positions)... The best part? The “analysis” screen"

HIGHLIGHTS:
√ Personalise the App to your baby by adding a picture, baby’s name and date of birth. It even tells you how old your baby is in weeks.

√ Use the App for more than one baby. Whether it’s a sibling later on or twins or more with full support for multiple timers!

√ Easy to use one button start/stop timer, especially useful during the night feeds.

√ Log breastfeeds, bottle feeds, breast pumps, diapers, sleep, solid food, weight, length, notes and reminders.

√ Focus on what's important to you by hiding activities that you're not interested in such as breast pumps etc. Also re-arrange their ordering to make the most important ones quick to access.

√ See baby's weight and length plotted against data from the World Health Organization to see what percentile your baby is in.

√ Ability to automatically synchronize data between iPhones, iPads and iPods. For non iPhone/iPad users let them log into your account at babyfeedtimer.net to view your most recent logs.

√ Pause button. Ability to pause during a feed.

√ At a glance view of how long since baby last fed, next feed time and which breast to use.

√ Local notification/reminder to alert you when next feed is due.

√ iOS8 today screen widget lets you see when the next feed is due from your lock screen.

√ Analysis of the data including average times between feeds and feed times for the day, week and month.

√ Easy to read charts displaying analyzed data, as well as a timeline view so you can see emerging trends, such as baby feeding at the same time every day. This also helps to show days when baby is acting differently such as more dirty diapers than usual.

√ View how long you have fed your baby for that day. Particularly useful for mothers who are monitoring if baby is feeding enough.

√ Manually add feeds if you miss one as well as edit feeds.

√ Add notes to existing logged feeds such as if baby was sick or fussy during a feed. You can also add a note to the log diary itself, for example the baby's temperature and medicine given. You can even set a reminder and alert for the note.

FURTHER FEATURES:
+ You can choose if the next feed is calculated from a set interval or using current feeding trends.

+ You can swap breasts during a single feed.

+ Ability to specify the minimum time you would like to feed on each breast before swapping.

+ Timer continues to run in the background on all iPhones. So you can make calls, play games, etc and the timer will continue to run.

+ Unlimited diary of logged data.

+ Email your data to your computer.

+ Supports the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus larger screens.

Best App!

I absolutely love this app! It tracks everything in an organized and easy to understand matter. There was a recent update to where some of the labels is in fluorescent green and I am not too sure what that means. Does any one know?

Hands down THE best breastfeeding app
ang42009

I absolutely love this comprehensive app!!! Whenever you have a newborn you’re very sleep deprived so it’s hard to remember the simplest of things. This app allows me to log every single detail in one place - like how long I nursed on each side last, reminds you which side to nurse on for the next session, wet/dirty diapers, etc. Having this app makes it extremely easy to answer any of the Doctor’s questions at checkups. This app has been an absolute lifesaver, thank you!!

Excellent Customer Service

Best app for tracking breastfeeding sessions! I love the big buttons - other apps have tiny buttons and when you’re holding a little one and trying not to disturb their latch, big buttons really come in handy. I also like that there is no time entry needed for growth entries, only a date is needed. Some OTHER big company apps require a time which is annoying. It’s very easy to find what you need and to edit entries. I also like that I can enter weight in lb and oz but enter bottle feeds in ml. I cannot do this on my Medela app which drives me crazy - you have to select metric or standard and when entering lb and you can’t enter oz, only lb with decimal point. Plus you can enter any increment whereas other apps (Medela) limits you to big increments that are less precise. #1 REASON FOR 5 STARS: CUSTOMER SERVICE. My first two entries for weight were showing on top of each other instead of being appropriately spaced. I emailed support, their response was FAST, and they FIXED the problem as soon as I gave them the right information. So happy with their customer service and can say this is app is worth the premium upgrade. Thank you to Alex with customer support!! Can’t believe you fixed it within 24 hours of me sending you the pics! So happy.

Not a free app, misleading description

You have to pay to actually use this app, then this app should not be free to download.

Love this App but I have a suggestion

This App helps me keep track of input and output for my newborn. It’s very helpful to show the pediatrician how much he eats/poops! One thing- I would like for formula to be logged as a different color. I combo feed- breastfeed, pumped breastmilk, and some formula supplementation. It would be nice to easily differentiate between pumped breastmilk and formula.

Can’t Live Without It!
ForeverMama

I had no idea when I downloaded this app during my pregnancy that it would become the single most useful product to me post partum! I can track all of my baby’s feeds, diapers, and sleep patterns making me confident in conversation when my doctor asks at appointments. In addition, the analysis feature has also helped me realize healthy/unhealthy patterns and adapt my schedule to ensure better sleep for myself! I can’t imagine going through the newborn weeks without it!

Great & helpful

Love this timer. It helps keep me on track as I go throughout the day and night. I used this app with my first child in 2018... and I’m back using it again for baby #2. I’ve really enjoyed it. I can even show my logs to my doctor if I have questions about my child’s feedings. Really clear and helpful.

Love this app for our first baby!

Super impressed! It’s a great app for tracking everything with a newborn.

Love but 2 suggestions
LAL1216

I really love this app! Only changes I would make are: to be able to turn off the feed reminder and to add a tab for medicine. Edit on 6/18-I appreciate the feedback and explanation of how to turn off that setting. Don’t know how I missed it before.
