Not iPhone Friendly

Kkoch08

The app does not work well with iPhone. iPhone has most recent software update. First app was crashing everytime I want to sync the data so I deleted it and redownloaded it. Now I can’t even sign on because ‘internet connection is too weak’. Tired disconnecting it from WiFi and also doing the same on another phone. No luck. Please fix bugs.

Great concept!

I love the idea of this app, but I wish it was more customizable. Our vet is a small location that doesn’t use the app, and until they do, it would be nice if I could put in my pet’s appointments on my own. Will be keeping the app to see how it progresses and updates.

Poorly supported app

Atgtechs

App support link resolved to a 404. Right there a customer service quality issue. Secondly, on iPhone 8 Plus, there is an issue on dog age datePicker. The done button does not show up in the task bar. Requires a gesture or closing the app to get it to show.

Medication reminders are not user friendly

ooffdog

The once monthly feature does not work which makes it useless for adding flea, tick and heart worm prevention reminders which is a huge part of why I downloaded this app.

Didn’t even realize how much I needed this app

I didn’t realize how much I needed an app specifically for my pets until I used BabelBark. I initially downloaded the app as a tool to monitor my dogs’ health but in the past week, I’ve used the app to locate a groomer while out of town and to share their vaccination records with the new groomer, right from my phone. I will need to do things like this in the future and I’m glad to have BabelBark to help with that. As my dogs get older, I want to track their health more closely and BabelBark provides useful tools to help me do that. I can track their activity and their daily nutrition. I can see this being especially helpful on visits to the vet. BabelBark has already provided a lot of value and I plan to make it “command central” for all of my pets’ care.

Very Frustrated

Deanna Martin

I have 2 beautiful dogs, was not finished putting in all the data for both when the app crashed. Now it’s been deleted from my apps. Please feel free to let me know when that huge problem is fixed. Thanks

Great idea, super buggy

This is really cool, I think we can all agree, but it is really buggy. I can’t even schedule appointments (says “no services provided” when I click on my providers) or enter medical records (what if my vet doesn’t want to/doesn’t have the files?! I have old files from a vet I don’t see anymore...)

Has potential

Bluegrass Whitenoise

You can’t put in vaccines that already happened. Also you can’t plan medicine dispensing for a specific day. It’s all about the day you actually enter the info in the system. I think this app could be great with a few upgrades.

Really convenient and helpful

FYI said

During a recent trip to the vet I found out how much I needed an app like this. When she asked me what food I was feeding them...I knew the color of the bag but couldn’t tell you what the name was. I also have their vaccinations and adoption papers somewhere in the house but finding them is practically impossible. This app gave me a place to track and keep all of my records in one place. It also helped me track a recent health scare issue for one of my cats and through the notes and medication reminders it gave me peace of mind and helped me manage the issue.

Must have!

This app is so helpful. I have been using Babelbark for my pets for over a year and the app works great. I used it for medication reminders. So helpful. It kept track of every time I gave my pet their meds. Also, I was able to search for groomers and pet sitters in my area. I found several that I didn’t know about and was about to see their ratings. I also could request medical records for my vet and see them in the app. Oh, and I also bought the AlphaPack for my pets, which gives me 24 hour per day access to a Pet Health hotline. That’s a must have.
