B9 Advance℠ is an optional, no fee service offered by B9 to its members that requires $500 in qualifying direct deposits to the B9 Account℠ each month. The amount of advance pay you are eligible to receive will be based on member's B9 Account℠ history, direct deposit frequency and amount, spending activity and other risk-based factors and criteria determined by B9, and may change from time to time. You will be informed of your current available amount in the B9 mobile app. You will receive notice of any changes to your limit. Your limit may change at any time, at B9's discretion. B9 warrants that it has no legal or contractual claim against you based on a failure to repay an advance, but B9 will not provide you further advances while any amount remains unpaid under the B9 Advance℠ service.
