Technical difficulties are frequent. Case in point today; unable to watch the beginning of wither game of softball doubleheader. And the student announcers need more oversight and training. My expectations are not reasonable when paying for the service.

This app is just plain terrible I’m paying 1495 a month for big 10+plus And nothing happens screen always is blank and you can’t see any content so what’s the point of buying it if it doesn’t work I try to tweet my opinion and I cannot hook it up for some reason I’m gonna cancel my subscription to big ten plusA complete waste of money
Video inconsistent and jumpy

I was trying to watch the semifinals of women’s frozen four and the video was worse than a regular season game!! Very disappointing. At one point I was watching and the feed got all jumbled and then I realized someone had scored a goal and I never got to see the play on real time. What a joke!

For a major conference and high price point this is just garbage. App freezes all the time. Very limited production quality. It’s like having a relative with a GoPro at the game only not as good. Glad I am only doing a months worth.

Why does the video of the game go black on and off. In this day of advanced technology, this should not be happening. Very unprofessional.

This is really weak. For what you get they really don’t even have any grounds to charge. One: there’s no audio on any of the games between at bats Two: there’s no instant replay or slow motion. Three: there’s no Apple TV version, AirPlay is u reliable. Four: The airplay only last for a while before it drops. Five: no on screen scores.
Not as good as it used to be

I really enjoyed BTN2GO, until this year. It freezes up, sometimes the sound continues with the frozen picture, and sometimes not. Last time I was watching a game, I got so upset by it not working well at all, I ended up turning it off. I am really disappointed with it.
Half the games are not viewable for entire game wouldn’t recommend

Service is terrible, most baseball game you only get half the game . Definitely not worth the money!!

Why are we paying a monthly subscription for a poor quality product if we are already subscribing to the BTN thru our video provider? Until you get the video quality and audio issues fixed and the people that are actually working the camera and equipment to pay attention this should be part of the BTN package. My high school live video feed is better than this.
