Am not happy at All I need my money back

I sent 2500 pound on Tuesday being 17/09/2019 The transaction did not go through, My account was blocked and I got an email that my money has been left there account and up till now I have not received my money back

It won’t let me log in the code they sent me and I can’t get access to my money.

For any country I've selected so far I've got a pop up window saying "something wen wrong " completely useless in my opinion

downloaded the app, after several days delay and identity checks, and several visits of the recipient where she was denied the cash, had to cancel the transaction. Im not sure I will try again.
