This seems to be one of the most useful apps I've encountered in a while. Hope to see this app get more widespread use.
To create a meeting, you have to send an email to the app's email address an to the meeting participants. This retro system would be tollerable if you could do this within the app. No. You have to close the app, and manually send an email out. If this app came out in 2001, this might be acceptable. But in 2013? Bye bye.
I can't wait to toss my projector!!! Private notes are easy and give me the ability to have talking points placed where I want them. The summary email also makes attendance a breeze.
I would rate it perfect if it has VoIP conferencing feature. It would become extremely useful app for business. I wish to see this feature in the near future. Other than that it is very good.
