What happened?

For two years I liked reading the top stories on my iPad..the section available without subscription. But recently most of the items refuse to download. Strange. Parent company's other app USA Today feeds perfectly. Pity. I did enjoy the local coverage the Republic offered - but with so many alternatives available deleting the now worthless app isn't that big a heartbreaker.
Doesn't work

The AZ Central Top Stories page has a few stories, but the rest of the page is blank. Doesn't really matter because most of the stories are days old. Terrible app.
Fix Needed

The app currently only displays articles on the first screen, scroll down and it's ALL blank.
Lower 2/3 articles missing

Starting a couple weeks ago the bottom 2/3 of the articles are not visible. Just a blank square where each article should be. The articles on the top third of the page are fine, but when you scroll down they are blank. I have deleted and reloaded but it still has the same issue.
Not loading all top stories

I'm having the same issue as others with the app not loading fully. I take this to mean that they are throttling our ability to read even just the Top Stories. Guess this is goodbye Azcentral. I'll get my Arizona news someplace else.
