The dresses and prices are great. The website is great! The app is not the best though. The pictures NEVER load. Obviously pictures are the most important part. If I don’t know what I’m looking at because I can’t see it then I won’t use the app at all. The app would probably be awesome and much easier to use than the website if only the pictures would load.

It’s a constant cycle of delete and reinstall just to sign in to my account, see my showroom, etc. Having to go to the mobile site instead (which is sluggish and doesn’t always render correctly) has definitely made me search for other dress vendors that are more mobile friendly.
The app is terrible

The app is the worst, doesn’t let me sign in or save the showroom. Just doesn’t work! Too frustrating, I’m done with it!
Good app. Not so good models.

All of the bridesmaids dresses are modeled by the same “typical” model. I have to search through the reviews to see what the dresses look like on real women. But that’s not so much the app as it is the website

I am really impressed with parts of this app, but I’m sad it never shows me all the the people that have liked the dresses in my showroom. With one of my bridesmaids on the other side of the US I was hoping to get her input on the App but I can’t tell what she has and hasn’t liked.
New updates make app unusable

I can’t view my shopping bag, access my showroom or even get close to checkout. My girls were supposed to order their dresses this week and aren’t because no one can get it to work!!!! ???
Great Dresses but...

I like the dresses and the whole concept of easiness. But the whole point of an app is to make it convenient and when I have to get on my computer just to make an order to try on because the app won’t let me select a color or size in a dress I feel that defeats the purpose. Fix this please.

Just before pressing the final order button, I wanted to reverify I had the correct size and color checked. I had to cancel the order and start from the very beginning of searching for the dress by length, color, etc. because the shopping cart emptied! Also I think if you order the sample dresses, you should get an incentive to order the dress... as in money off or free shipping. One last comment... Another wedding attendant wanted to try a couple of bridesmaids dresses but you didn't have either of her selections in reasonable sizes. So she went elsewhere to buy a dress. Just a thought about having more sizes to sample. If a size 16 woman only has a size 4 or size 8 to choose from, that simply doesn't work. Overall very happy with the way you operate though. Hope our order works out great.
