For some reason, my app stopped downloading videos. It no longer gives me the option to download videos. It worked great until that point. Please fix this issue asap as I want to keep downloading vidoes.

I bought thhe app Awesometv Pro for $2.99 and it doesn't work at all, I can't download any video. I am very disappointed for spending money on something that doesn't work. Is there any solution for that?

The program does not work on the iPhone 6 Plus Video, does not download clips from YouTube has pushed the value of the program and I did not take advantage of it

I have an iphone 6 plus, not sure if that plays into the failure, but every time i try to download it fails. The app is now completely useless to me.
