Really nice to be able to connect with other healthcare providers for secure messages. Needs the following features: 1. iPad landscape support 2. ‘Away’ or ‘Vacation Reply’ options when Physicians are not on call 3. Special character support i.e. ‘>’ or ‘<‘ in a message shouldn’t make the message undeliverable.

Won’t stay open

Every time I try to open the app since registering, it shuts down as soon as the pin page opens. Unable to use app at all.

Forced to use it by hospital. Poor app, pictures loaded and sent via this app are grainy and useless just like the app.

Notifications don’t sync when messages are read. Screen size not updated to new phones. Interface isn’t user friendly.
