Cannot view all 16 cameras at once on phone app!!! So what if it’s so small to see, let us decide how we want to select layout. Can only see max 6 cameras on phone screen. On NVR, very difficult to search. No timeline search feature. Just copy interface from other professional systems. Even q-see has a better interface!!!! You need improvement.

This worked fine initially, now it wont make a new connection to our NVR, and now it only shows a blue question mark on each camera. Poor experience...

Running iPhone 11 with latest iOS (14.1) From the main screen I see the two NVR in my system but when I click on them the loading window comes up forever and finally times out saying it failed to access. I get notifications for motion but can’t access the events to view. Cannot access saved exported clips. Basically can’t do anything useful. Very frustrating. Please fix your app AvertX.

The app has never worked correctly. I am not able to view my cameras on my mobile and iPad So frustrating!

I haven’t been able to view my cameras for over two weeks because of the latest update. The fact that avertex hasn’t rushed to fix this error that a few others have already commented on speaks volumes. Won’t be buying this brand again as I’m due for a new system soon.

Can view from iPhone after latest iOS update! Can still view from laptop.

I am not able to Log In into my account thru this App. Every thing is fine up to 2 step Verification. After entering the verification code, there is no option to go forward. It seem the virtual button to hit enter/ go is under the virtual numeric keyboard. I phone 7 Software version 14.6 Pl look into the fix. This is the feedback to the developers not a review. Thanks Ajay Dalal

Couldn’t get live view to zoom with the app. After two support calls, it was still unsuccessful. Returned system to vendor.
