still not able to use with ios 14 beta, start and close by itself within a second

On the andriod version you can go to services and enter the voicemail ext number. But on iphone theres no option.

The app is okay and is great when working. For some reason I cannot always transfer calls. It will act like it’s transferring and then the person will still be there. This is one of the most useful tools of the app so when it doesn’t work 75% of the time it ruins the app.

Great App when deployed correctly! For people complaining about the app not taking a call when in the background, this is Apple saving battery life. You need the Avaya Aura Web Gateway to support Apple’s Push Notification API.

The latest update caused an issue with not being able to click done when turning on or off features. I never know if I’ve enabled or disabled features because it seems like the page is just frozen & you have to back out of it. Prior to the update I did have some minor issues with calls sounding staticky but never wasn’t able to click Done.

No matter how many times I have talked to the help desk at my site, phone calls can only be transferred to my phone once, which is when I was on the phone doing a test with help desk. In addition, I have received spam calls and calls from site people that never was alerted in the system until two days or so after they called.

The most recent update broke the app. Calls have been consistently dropping. Could you please patch this as soon as possible? Thank you.

It’s 2020 and I have to call in to listen to my voicemails. The technology is lacking, design is poor, setting are limited. No option to set business hours so phone will only ring during certain time frame. Very messy design.

I have to use this app for work. It is terrible. I have the app toggled to off and shut it, but it still rings to my home. I tried to contact their support desk, but I cannot because I don’t have an account since it is through my employer. They want me to visit the website, but I cannot use the support because I don’t have a direct account.

App appears to be working better than previously. The biggest complaint I and my colleagues have is that if we don’t open the app first thing every day calls from the office will not come through to it. So many missed calls.
