I am on the trial period of this app. I am unable to cancel my subscription. I did uninstall this app but can’t cancel the subscription. Sign: Disappointed

Just a heads up. This will check your isp, but nothing else with out paying for it. Bad business model.
Not 100% free like promised and not helpful

It says it’s 100% free but you have to do a trial for somethings. That’s not 100% free. I have 15 viruses from corrupted websites and this app did help at all. I don’t even know what to do now
Interferes with WIFI

It interferes with internet access forcing me to use cellular data to use their VPN. Customer Service is either less then knowledgeable, uncaring or in a foreign country, or all 3. But it’s not a very good app.

I checked out the app today. What I don’t like is not having the capability to opt out of a free 14 day trial. I don’t suggest downloading the app unless you’re going to get a subscription.

Im giving a 2 star rating because I am new to this and am only taking a precautionary approach to a possible threat to my device and personal information and fully intend on giving a more accurate review and rating once the issue is resolved. I purchased this phone 2nd hand and recently received notifications of possible malware and also informed me of possible damage to my battery so I was advised to get this resolved ASAP to prevent my personal information from being compromised as well as further damage all around, was also a very sceptic on clicking on the 1st app I was sent to for the possibility of this warning being a scam so I browsed around and read up on the app description and services and I was convinced this one would work so I hope I made the right decision.
