Terrible App

I have 2 credit unions and both use apps. This app feels like the website squished down. Gives you almost no features over the website. Needs Touch ID, mobile friendly ui, and the stupid 2 page login is just lame. At least they got the mobile check depositing fixed. Terrible app. Makes me want to move my money elsewhere.

There is no benefit to using the app over just going to the website. Without at least implementing Touch ID, it's a waste. At a minimum a quick access PIN on mobile instead of password entry would make sense.
App never opens on 1st attempt

The last few days I have try to open app and nothing happens past the initial screen....doesn't get to the login screen. I have to completely close app and re-open....it works the 2nd time, but it's annoying to have to open ....close....and open again to get this app to work.

The app never opens correctly, freezes at opening, takes 6 or more attempts to deposit checks even after it says the deposit was accepted you may find out later the check never was deposited. Pretty much a useless app for the CU. they should be a little embarrassed.

We appreciate all of your feedback regarding our new mobile app and wanted to address some of your concerns here: We do offer Touch ID for iPhone 6 and up. We also have a PIN login feature. These login features can be found by clicking the three small bar icon menu in the upper left hand corner of the app, and then clicking the “Profile” option. The 2 page login system has been implemented to help us secure your personal information. It allows us to further verify your identity and prevent others from accessing your account. There have been several concerns about our mobile deposit feature. We have made changes to improve on this system to make it faster. Many times, your personal bandwidth may be the problem. Turning off Wi-Fi if you are having trouble sending a mobile deposit often speeds up the process. We are currently working on a quick balance feature. Please know we are continually working to improve our mobile banking experience. The mobile deposit does not work at all, which means I have to go to a physical location to deposit checks. Since that is the only benefit to the app over the web site, the app is pointless.

This app is pretty bad. Mobile deposits in particular are very sub par compared to other banks . Fidelity was able to accept mobile deposits that Acadian wasn't able to read correctly. And it works WITHOUT disabling wifi or taking 3 minutes and then timing out!

Not even a real app anymore it's just the mobile version of their site. Non secure preview in app switcher. You can see whichever page of the app you were on the last time you were logged in when you switch apps. Balance graphs were removed from app entirely. I like Avadian, but this app is not very good.

I love the Avadian app! Touch ID, PIN sign in option, mobile deposit, all features I look for with a financial institution's mobile app! Keep it up with the great features Avadian!

I tried this over multiple devices this week. Neither the app nor mobile site (which is the same thing, really) will let you sign in because "doubleTapToGo is not a function". Sure would be nice to check my balance during the busiest spending time of the year!
