Works better than expected

Chivon52

I cannot believe how accurate this app is. My favorite part of my FitBit was the sleep tracker. When I upgraded to the Apple Watch I wanted a sleep app and this is PERFECT!

iOS 11 ruined this app for me

I get correctly tracked nights maybe twice a week with the rest not detecting sleep at all.

Some pros, some big cons

Kevinpoisson

The metrics are good and helpful and detailed when IT WORKS. But 1. The interface/visualization is unnecessarily complex and confusing 2. If at 10pm I start “lights off” on my watch, then at 4am wake up to check my phone for some important email, then start “lights off” again, next morning the app only shows sleep data from 4am thereafter...this is ridiculous!

Ugly, hard to read

I switched to the Apple Watch from Fitbit. I’m surprised Apple health doesn’t include sleep tracking so I found this app, which costs extra money. It’s just an ugly app and hard to understand. I miss the Fitbit app.

Horrible design

Connoisseurmusical

I decided to give it a chance despite reading a review that said how horrible and backwards the design is.. it is totally horrible... no options so to speak... it’s all “tap it and see what it does” sort of approach. As far as good sleep tracking system... hmmm... it seems to always say that I fall asleep faster than it actually is... but then again, i am not expecting perfection since such very few apps offer sleep tracking on the AW. i will change my rating when you actually add some options to actually operate this app... it’s a waste of money so far.

No iPhone x update

Great app but still no iPhone X update :(

Accurate and Easy

Best sleep app on the App Store. I’ve tried them all. You don’t have to work at it or remember anything with AutoSleep...it just works. I use it in combination with my Apple Watch at night. Great work and looking forward to seeing what else they can do with it. Also, paired with HeartWatch is a great setup.

Love this app except

Shonda71

I wish when you where stationary it didn’t think you were sleeping. I have set up the quite time for night when I know I’m going to be watching tv, but like today, I had a Hair apt and was stationary for a hr and it counted it as sleep. Any downtime it thinks your sleeping, hope they can fix that...Other than that I love the app!

Better Than Fitbit

RDustinB

The major thing this app does better than Fitbit is it gives you a 7 day "recharge level" which is extremely useful for figuring why I feel tired several days in a row. This can be affected by a day or two in a row of terrible or no sleep. Which I had happen this week. After I had been wondering why I was feeling so tired still I just checked that 7 day recharge level. Ah. Only 82%. Almost there. A few more nights of good sleep should do it. This app is awesome!
