Purchased this app and it will not authenticate my phone number. Reached out to the developer and received no response. So took my money and doesn’t work. What a rip off!

App is saying it’s failing to authenticate my cell phone number. I wish I could submit a logcat but you can’t do that on iOS. Please fix this error immediately

Hi, Attention: Call Recorder App seller/owner! I’ve purchased this app about two months ago but I’m unable to use it because every time I try to verify my phone number it say not authenticated. I called and emailed the the seller but no response. I would like to be able to use the app or have my money back. I await a response from seller/owner, thank you.
