Can’t give feedback complaints about seller using the app

I had issues with a dealership seller several cars I was interested in. This included them not contacting me in a timely manner. I tried to use the app to report this and other issues with the dealer but didn’t work. I tried to report to Autolist in a regular email and they told me to use the app. I tried again and again it didn’t work. 7-28-2019 Updating my review. I got an email saving I got a response from the app developer wanting me to send an email. Well while this was going on I sent an email explaining this and now you want another email explaining it again. I’m not gonna do it.

With what I assume is a new update made the app worse. Although I was able to find what I was looking for, it took longer and removed all ease of use that I loved with the app. I don’t know if other people have complained about this recently but it would be amazing if it was fixed.

I’ve checked for cars on this app at 3 different locations and they all had different prices that were thousands of dollars off. I haven’t had this issue with cars.com nor car gurus

What's the purpose?
Keeps crashing on iPad, and scrolling is horribly glitchy. Need to be able to give negative stars.

This app is honestly the best way to shop for used cars, it tells you everything and let’s you customize on how you want to shop for a car. Saying that it’s amazing doesn’t do it glory...but there is one thing I miss, the old way to search for a car. I get it that it’s nice to have a search bar instead of picking “make or model” and “body style” but I’d rather have that instead of searching for a car because it’s a whole lot easier. Other than that this app is the best used car app I’ve used and i hope you can see that too! Happy shopping!

Overall, good site, but there isn’t a way to do a side-by-side compare that I’ve discovered, and the sort/filter criteria are either too specific or too broad. Would like to be able to see trim styles face up without having to click on each car’s details.
