Garbage app - doesn’t allow Residual value adjustment. Everything seems to be based on MSRP. Only good if you don’t like saving money. Garbage app.

I just got the app and was all excited to find a car and get “approved” right in a few minutes. However to my GREAT DISMAY AND FRUSTRATION the loan I was given was under totally different terms from the car that I actually chose!!!! Chose a used 2010 truck and was given a loan for any “2017 vehicle or newer” ??!!! TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME. DONT WASTE YOURS. I called support and it’s been almost a day - no answer. Very deceiving....uninstalling it from my phone ASAP.

Out of the cars I selected there were no trims available. I found 0 cars.

I had originally looked at one car on the app. I filled out the online loan application and submitted it. Within seconds had offers for loans. I then called the dealer and verified they received the loan information. Upon arrival I actually decided to go with a different vehicle. However because they had my information already, that made it very quick to redo the financing and they got me into lower payment for the same amount of money. This was the first time buying a car only took 30 minutes at best. All in all, great experience and I would definitely use the app again to buy another car!

Seems ok, but it doesn’t have all engine types. I’m wanting a diesel but the app doesn’t allow you to select that option, nor is it available. Ram’s Diesel engine is a 6 cylinder and it’s not an option.
