Love the game but having issues

I love this game but whenever I get down to my 2nd life the game doesn't allow me to play. The ball isn't set and you can't play so you have to close it and open it and you lose the life. Please fix it.

I love this game but could you move Aunty from in front of the game? I can't see what goes on when the bubbles start getting lower because she is right in front of them! Please move her on the other side of the "goal posts". Thank you
