I love this app and use it for the simple tasks that it provides. But I do think it needs more features revolving around audio. The features I think you should add are: spectrogram. Now this being one thing that I would like to see is just something that I would use a lot.
It always starts at 41 db even it’s very quiet. Tested inside my car at midnight in the garage with all windows up and the lowest is still at 41 db. Google searched with no results if instruction to calibrate the app.
Not sure Meyer is accurate but works great to measure sound. We use to better understand AC noise
I like the dial display with the markers and the min, avg and max summary. Very responsive. Handy for a quick sound level check.
Simple to use, and an uncluttered interface. I like having the option of viewing a graph the covers the last 7 seconds, or so.
This App looks pretty solid. I've wanted something like this for a long time and am excited to test it with a neighborhood issue where a commercial property has installed an alarm that wakes the neighbors. The development work on this App is greatly appreciated!
