I bought this on a recommendation from...gearslutz, if I recall correctly. It lived up to the amazing review. I love having these tools in my pocket in a pinch.

I not only use this for measuring my stereo I use it around the house to measure how loud fans and appliances are.

I'm a television sound mixer working in NYC. I really found the earlier version of the app useful. The main flaw with this current version is the Tone Generator function. It is impossible to set the tone generator to useful frequencies such as 1KHz and 400Hz. Too bad this app's update made it worse not better! Sometimes it's best to leave well enough alone. keep calm & mix on Brian.
Save your money and/or do not apply the update

Was a 5 star audio testing utility prior to its update which has severely crippled the functionality and usability experience making a simple task like a Tone Sweep cumbersome and annoying. Check out Signal Generator by Media Punk Studios for a fantastic audio testing utility, which closely resembles this applications interface before it was updated and destroyed.
