Used earphones and the internal speaker and heard nothing on my iPhone 4.

Bumping and jamming all day long and something always seemed to rattle. This let me hit different freq and found all the rattles in the car. It only rattled at 70Hz . It was my remote in the sunglass cubby hole. App is fun to play with. May have some practical purpose other than that. Indispensable for finding rattles and where you need more weather stripping added to your trunk and doors
