Auction.com use to be awesome they’ve become more of a listing site now. Allowing sellers to set unrealistic reserves and running them for months on end only discourages investors. If the house does not sell drop your reserve.

Good app, easy 2 use BUT... Company “Counter Bids” against you to bring you to “Reserve”.. this is shill bidding, but it’s “okay” because it’s in their terms of service. Lost 3 separate “auctions” on same property to shill bids by this fine company...either raise starting bids closer to and/or disclose the reserve...or maybe reach out to buyer & seller for negotiated sale price. Current transaction process waste everyone’s time. Hold on your credit card remains for several days after the auction is over... Like I said, app is good...company isn’t. Deleted
