The meditation is decent. But the reason I upgraded from the free version was so I could skip the intro (and forward or rewind to any part of the meditation). It's really annoying that the only option is to rewind to the beginning and that you can't skip the beginning where it tells you not to do the meditation in a car, blah blah....
I think I'm being hypnotized

Very calming and relaxing. The paid version is important if you don't want to hear the intro. Can't wait to see if it works

Just listened for the first time and already feel more aware of the subconscious beliefs that have held me back from achieving my full potential. I believe that addressing those limiting beliefs will help me take the actions and make the choices in life that will lead me where I want to be, and that listening to this app more will help me do that.

I've been using the app for 3 weeks now. I don't actively listen I just play it and fall asleep right away, but it seems to work. In this time I've gotten an unexpected extra $400 ?
