Update did something bad

I use this for business & ever since the update on 1/6/16 all I get is Audio Error when trying to play back messages....I deleted & reinstalled the ap, still not working, anyone else having this issue?
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR AN APP I RELY ON FOR MY BUSINESS

Lately more than half the time, for the past several weeks, this app will not synchronize with the server. This makes it very unreliable. What is AT&T going to do about it? Between my office and home we pay AAT&T hundreds of dollars a month. When I tried to report the problem the page I was sent to wasn't working!
Doesn't sync with VM most of the time!

Used to be wonderful. Why doesn't ATT listen to all these reviewers and fix this app. I loved it before.

This app worked great for many years. I loved it, and it was reliable. Recently it's become useless. Cannot login, syncronize, or access voice mail. It's dead. No customer service is available for this product. I think AT&T has given up on it.

Okay, maybe never works is not 100% true but most of the time I receive an error syncing with the server and the app repeatedly bombs. Might take days to work again. Try and call tech support? What a joke!

What happened? This used to work great, and now it's practically useless. I see I'm not the only one having trouble logging in. Whatever you guys have done, could you please roll it back to a version that actually works?

I agree with all recent reviews. This app has gone to crap and Att is doing nothing about it. What is the point of having voicemail if I can't check it? Complete waste of money for the service
