It took me 30 minutes and I still couldn’t solve my problem (a very simple upgrade for international travel). Got it solved in 90 seconds with the call center rep. You just guaranteed that I will never waste time with the app, but always call the call center. Not scalable or cost-efficient!

Fake i fo. It identified places that DO NOT provide Wi-Fi. I stopped trying after a few.

This has to be one of the all-time worst designed worst functioning apps. There are no hotspots anywhere you need them not even international airports in major capital cities around the world or worse you can’t find them ..,because you don’t have Wi-Fi !!!! Duh! colossal piece of garbage. You’re better off dealing with local providers local Sim cards or local portable devices when you land at an international location.

Don’t waste your time. It’s easier to use existing local WiFi services than this application. Complicated, archaic, and innefficient.

You can’t actually setup the app if you’re out of the country, which renders it useless unless you’ve already set it up before you go. Fail.

I attempted to use this app while traveling through Europe. For the entire time I was there this app only showed wi-fi locations available in Ireland although I was I Southern Spain. It is completely useless. So bad in fact that there appears to be no code behind it except for the logo. Awful! Do not waste the time or space to download this app !!

App works as good as other international options offered by AT&T: it doesn’t! Horrible horrible service! No better than an all out practical joke!
Get with the program yahoo!
With all the bad reviews you would think AT&T would have addressed the issues and inconsistencies over the years by now. Has AT&T even tried to use their own app when traveling abroad, or are AT&T employees allowed to travel? You would think they’ve never left the country based on how this app works. This app is pointless to when traveling. Just use WiFi at your hotel or coffee shops or find a new carrier.

Rubbish. Absolute rubbish. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Stop reading reviews if you are on the fence - this service is embarrassing. Makes me think...Is this one of the worst American made products of all time?

AT&T has no network of Wi-Fi hotspots outside of the United States. I just got back from an international trip and tried to use this app in several cities. It fared equally poorly in the US and outside. It shows you a list of all hotspots in the area, but you can use almost none. AT&T has very few international hotspots outside the US and they are all in five star hotels where most people don’t stay. It has no tie-ups with local ISPs in other countries so you can’t use their hotspots being an AT&T customer. You can’t even find an AT&T hotspot in a major airport like Newark. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
