I got some kind of "monkey error - index out of range"

I can only play the first 4 levels... It will not let me play level 5. Please fix this and I will change it from 2 stars to 5 and make it a must have for my friends.

I'm having the same problem as another reviewer. I can only play the first 4 levels. I'll definitely increase the stars if the developer fixes this issue.

I can only play first four levels then it asks for my Apple ID I'm assuming for a purchase although it never said anything about purchasing the other levels.
