Eh. Would rather wear my Fitbit.

Would LOVE if it tracked steps/miles as well so that I'd be able to wear the band all day, not just for strength training. Having trouble syncing the work outs I do. I'll save them on the band but it won't transfer to the app.

Worst money ever spent

The app is not nearly as sophisticated as many other fitness tracking apps. It is buggy. It doesn't let you edit your workout log well. Worse than the app though is the Atlas Wristband... It is the absolute worst piece of **** I've ever used. It doesn't track correctly almost ever. It miscounts reps and doesn't recognize basic exercises half the time. In addition, the exercise database is extremely limited. If you are a serious lifter, you will find that you can log half of your workout. All in all, I would strongly recommend that you save your money. I'm positive that the 5 star reviews on here and Amazon are Atlas employees trying to bump sales because they are tanking. This speaks to the ethics of the company. I can't wait for a product that actually works.

Still waiting on integration

kaotikfusion

I bought this wearable with the promise of Apple health kit and Under Armour record app integration it's been six month and still no integration Im tired of adding my activities manually to my apple health app so it can also sync with my record app I will change my rating once i get what I was promised until then I done using this app and wearable

Amazing progress!

Fan in Austin!

I had the opportunity to meet the Atlas team very early in their company history! I have supported the product and team from the beginning and am very pleased with the most recent software updates. Atlas recently launched "learning mode" which enables the users to create truly customized exercises and routines! This level of personalization is the result of customers wanting and asking for more and wow it delivers! The Atlas team listens and responds with innovative products; I love that!

This app and wearable are the real deal

I cannot say enough how seamlessly these products work! Did my first workout with the wristband today and it counted everything, was correct about every exercise and provided useful feedback afterwards. This is a game changer!!

Improvements

Great app, but is missing estimation of % recovery of muscles and suggestion of compound vs isolation exercises based on that. Fitbod app is currently the best app that does this. At least make data readable from one app to the other when one workout is suggested by Fitbod.

Mandatory but not great

The UI needs work. The watch is iffy at times but the user interface on the app needs a lot of work. I feel like I should return the device because they clearly didn't take time to polish the UI.

Initial thoughts

Have not gotten the device yet. The app seems very basic but that is a good thing if you just want to log progress. Im hoping there are timers. One negative critique is that the video and written instructions for the exercises are extremely basic and bare bones. Google every exercise for precise form. If lifting heavy on exercises like squats and bench presses, you can potentially get injured.

Sync problems with iPhone

jsorlando

I had this product for a bout a year and is a bitter sweet experience with it but recently I changed my phone to iPhone X and the problems started to show up more often. Not wanting to transfer the data to my phone, freezing, the buttons on the app specially the sync won’t work when selected and is annoying having to press this multiple time until it works. Will be looking for another product to track workouts.
