Fantastic

This app gives me all the options I could want for tracking my time! It's amazing how motivated tracking my time has made me become more intentional to get to things that are most important to me. Being able to use the watch is great and I couldn't be more happy with this app.

Best Time Tracking App on iOS

FYI this company also wrote the "aTimeLogger 2 app", which has nearly 600 mostly 5-star reviews if you search for it. A lot of time tracking apps are a real pain to use. No matter how many features they have, I just don't want to do the work of recording everything. With this app, it's so easy to record events to the point where it's like a game for me. Very simple to use, but also lots of customization for events, ways to create custom reports, and great charts. Also if you are a programmer, you can export your data as well in either CSV or HTML.

Stunning Timetracker

Easily my favorite time tracker I have tried. It takes a few minutes to set it up, and a slight learning curve to remember where the functions are. Once you have it down, it's a pleasure to use. Syncs well, no over-blown monthly fee like some others, and very useful to study how your time is used. It uses an optional Pomodoro timer, so no need to run two apps. The clean, simple and attractive UI is great. One thing I would like to see is an option to keep the timer ticking when the app is in the background; some other Pomodoro apps do this. For now, I keep it open in which ever device I am not using (iPhone or iPad) to keep the tick going. I'm looking forward to seeing how this one evolves!

Perfect for my needs

I have tried plenty of the apps to track time. I have often been frustrated by the UI forcing me to do it one way or another. For me, where this app shines the most is the flexibility that is offered, but not forced. If you want fully customized options, you can have it. You want to track 5 things, but have them all grouped under one category, you can have it. Trust me, these may sound like "duh, every time tracking app should have that flexibility." If you thought that, you'd be right...but they don't. Either that or they don't do it well or do it simply like this app does. Side note, I also love tags. It makes it easier to not have to list a time objective for every task. You can generalize it and then add tags to specify what you did during that time. For example, "Study" and then tag "physiology." Fan of geotracking. Good for proof that you worked where you said you were going to work. Good work and great app!

Nailed it. Awesome follow-on to aTimelogger2

I've always loved the interface on the aTimelogger app, and this feels very similar and the pomadoro functionality clinches the deal for me. It works without getting in the way. Nicely packaged! I signed up for 2 years. For anyone reading this. No this is not a shill review. I honestly get value out of the application. Others I look to on a regular basis to help me be productive especially around tracking and goal setting are are Alarmed, SuperNote, and the built in clock app. (If Apple were to open there API and Alarmed could pick from my songs, then I'd drop the clock App)

Excellent app

The best app to tracktime

Developer is obsessed. Awesome

This app takes some time to get to know but is perfect for tracking where the day went. It offers incredible customization. I get a sense that the developer kept thinking of more and more features to add and they are all useful. The pomodoro timer is an in-app purchase but well worth it to me to stay on task.

The best app for the job...

Tribalpilot

I generally don't write reviews... but with this app, I wanted to let others know how great it is. There are other apps out there that may seem flashier... but every other one that I have tried is either missing features that timetrack.io has, or is just incredibly expensive! On top of that, the developer of timetrack.io really seems to care about the people who actually use his app. I was hoping there was a way to set up my exported reports a little differently and so I emailed the developer... and within a number of hours he had already replied to my emails. This is a great app, with many solid features and with a developer who cares about making this product even better.

Exactly What You Need

Of Three Kings

The top selling point is multiple overlapping timers at once. You can also have these independent or group them. Another nice feature you can set is having one timer stop when you start another, good for switching between tasks. You can customize everything, icons, colors, categories, tags. You can edit the start and stop times (I sometimes forget to stop a timer). Also, you can export the data out for further analysis. You can even start, stop, and pause individual timers from the Apple Watch! (Speaking of which, if the app crashes on you when you first download and you have an Apple Watch, delete the app from the Watch and sync once from your phone. You can then reinstall the Watch app. It's a bug that the developer is working on.) Customer service is super fast!
