No me deja usar, quiere update y no puedo

Update dos meses después: No sirve. La situación sigue igual. No puedo usar la aplicación porque no tengo iOS 13.0 y el AppStore no me deja bajar una versión anterior de ath móvil que sirva. Tremenda basura. ——— Me está obligando a hacer update, y cuando intento de dar update tampoco puedo ya que el AppStore me dice que la versión que necesito debe ser una más vieja. Ma da la opción de bajarla, y cae en un loop. Gracias ath móvil por obligarme a hacer un update que ni quería ni puedo poner.
App is blocked and literally useless

The app displays a full page saying it does not support jailbroken phones. There’s a small issue: my phone is NOT jailbroken. What’s worse there is no action to take to try to solve the issue. I guess they are confident they can detect jailbroken devices accurately. ??

The app says the phone is jailbroken. It is NOT. The programmers don't know how to check for JB.

La aplicación te manda a update a App Store y cuando llegas ahí te manda a la aplicación de nuevo sin el update y sigues corriendo en círculo sin resultados! Un fracaso ?
Older version is not available

I’m been trying to download ATH movil to an iPhone 6, which requires an older IOS version (older than 13.0) and I cannot do it. Therefore, this app doesn’t not work without the update, which is annoying.

How come “Ath Movil is not supported on JailBroken devices” when MY IPHONE (XR; IOS 15.1) is NOT Jailbroken… then how am I supposed to resolve the issue? This is the second time this happens

The app does not take ATM cards from reputable institutions (i.e. Wells Fargo, Navy Federal Bank, TD Bank, etc).
No internet when verifying card

Like title says I’ve been trying to verify my card thru my data and multiple different wifi but it fails me every time with same error. I tried contacting EVERTEC for technical support which was extremely difficult to even find the number but I’m yet to have this issue resolved.
