BUG - PLEASE FIX

There's a bug where it makes me log in again, I put the password and everything correctly but it tells me its wrong, it gives me the security question and says that I answered it incorrectly too so to fix it I have to reset the questions and such, this has been happening to everyone I know that has the app. Please fix it.

Se queda en un loop entre Face ID, luego pide password, luego dice Invalid session. Mediocridad!

Hi: when I try to send money to a person the app crash. I need to shutdown the phone, restart and then sometimes it works. If I select any other function like pay yo Business or transfer between cards it works fine and no crash is experienced.

I constantly have to delete the app and download it again and the reason for that is that im always blocked out of my own account. Horrible and a waste of time.

The app for me is actually working fine, but I bought an Apple Watch recently and the watch won’t send money and says “Transfer error”, but the phone does send it.

I don’t know what happened to it but about 2 months ago it had been a nightmare trying to login. Messages like invalid section, incorrect password, doing maintenances, etc... is what it does all the time. I was able to login only once, the rest, -forget about it- It use to work fine, but now is a total screwed. it deserves not even a star. I’m thinking to close all my accounts at Banco Popular and move to another bank. For real!

Muchos problemas últimamente

En las últimas semanas ha dado mucho problema. Intento enviar dinero y a cada rato sale “ Error completando el pago”. Antes solía ser muy buena aplicación, pero no sé qué pasa que da tantos problemas.
