Complete failure. Please refund what I paid for this or fix this. There’s a real need for something like this and it is a surprise that you have no competition.

There’s no confirmation of whether I get connected to the switcher or not, and given that the buttons don’t do anything, I’d say I can’t get connected. Would like a refund, but their support page doesn’t have an actual support page, so there’s no way to reach the developer unless I submit a review. Hopefully they will see this and give me a refund.
