Buggy on the iPhone, often freezes when attempting to zoom in with the map to select a bus stop.

The latest version doesn't seem to track anything, all of the stops show up as no departures for the next 2 hours, and this is at 8am in the morning.

This is almost a useful app but there are some critical flaws that ruin the experience - Bus times shown don't match the timetable. They are consistently off by about 5-min which leads to missed connections. PLEASE FIX THIS (amazingly the printed estimated times at the bus stop are accurate, which defeats the point of using the app) - Forces you to go through unnecessary steps to access timetable. Overly complicated when you at at a new stop and just want to see when the next bus is coming. - Finding a stop on the map is unreliable, sometime works, usually not when you need it. If these could be fixed the App would be great. Seeing where you bus is on the map is huge relief for those who are anxious, or when it is (frequently) running off timetable.
Great app when it works

This app is great for finding out just how delayed (or early!) your bus will be, since unfortunately AT is pretty universally unreliable. However, 3 out of 5 times when I open this app, all my saved stops are deleted and it shows the "add a stop to get started" screen. Really not what I need to be doing when I'm trying to track how much time I have! It's really frustrating that it crashes like this so often. When it's working, it's great.

This app is slightly more useful than AT's other app (which is just a thin wrapper on a website). This app (like AT's website) is too targeted for people commuting between the CBD & suburbs and already know what bus #s to use. AT doesn't even provide a detailed systemwide map. If a tourist wants to get to Auckland Museum they have to look at all the neighborhood-specific maps to see which goes by there. For this app, it'd be useful if someone could pick a start and end stop and the app would just add the buses that go between the two. Also, it should let people look at the route map for buses whose status is "scheduled" so people can confirm in advance where the bus goes.
