Restore does not work!

I had subscription and it said my ascendant is Taurus but it is Gemini. I accidentally deleted it thinking it was a different app. When I downloaded it again, it does not let me “restore” the purchase. I guess I will have to cancel subscription but I will change my rating if y’all can fix this.

This app does not offer a gender non binary option- and if you’re single it uses the term “alone” to describe you! Primed me for a conservative tone and I found a negative one, didn’t take me long to cancel the free trial.

I haven’t used the app yet, so i can’t comment on how it works, but during the set up process when entering my information, you asked for city (only) not both city and state. There’s different times zones. You also asked for birth time, but didn’t ask AM or PM. Again, another intricate piece of info you need to be accurate. There’s no way your info can be accurate without having these 2 major pieces of info.

Never would I eeeeever pay $50 a month for a mediocre astrological reading. You fill out all your info on the free app and then bam, you must subscribe for $49.99. You try to exit out because heck no, but they coded it so that once again the app purchase pop-up shows again... accidentally touched it with my thumb and was then subscribed for $49.99. Bologna. Do not purchase. Hint: "Co-Star" is MUCH better and F R E E :)
