Tap (and hold) to pull Astro down, release and he will go up.
But be careful, there are many asteroids in your way and if you let him float too high, he will be drawn in by the huge sun!
Oh and to make things harder, the energy to keep Astro down on the planet’s surface is limited, let him float to recharge again.
Also there are other Episodes where Astro flies with a Jetpack or jumps on platforms.

Man, I love this game! I wish they would spend all their money on making games, since no one has to have a life when you have awesome games! Just eat plastic like Ethiopian children and make more games for us consumers to play all day when we should be doing homework, since we are so far behind and have at least 4 hours left to do. Thanks for giving me an F.

Cool game with a lot of potential...the sensitivity is just way too high so you die way too easy...but once that's fixed it will be much better.

Gorgeous game. Almost a 4-in-1 because of all the different chapters. I really like the way this app looks and works. It's a fun game but is a little bit too hard. Maybe if the controls were a little 'softer' and if the pace was a little slower, the game would be more enjoyable for me. Thanks.
