The game itself is awesome and a lot of fun. However, Astraware app support gets an 'F' from me. I have two Astraware apps. Both are great games. Astraware app support is the worst I have seen. These are games I paid for! Sudoku of the Day was without support for an entire year. No access to server and now this new game I downloaded just a couple days ago freezes too and still no app support. What is going on? Get some quality software people.

This would be a fun package of word games, but it crashes much too frequently. It appears that the developers have given up and offer absolutely no support. Sad.

Love it BUT

This game is awesome but it rarely opens on the first try and frequently stops working. I will make words and it acts as if they are not real words. Like it is frozen. Fix that and it is five stars!

This game is truly wonderful! Not only are there a variety of games, but there are several levels within each one. Some levels involve time challenges, while others do not. There is something to love for everyone. Despite a recent quirk, where the game initially appears to crash, but easily is reopened and then works (that I expect developers to correct soon), this is probably the most enjoyable set of word games I have ever played.

Good games but problems

Opening the program on my iPad is a chore. It acts like it is opening then just closes. I reopen it and it takes several seconds to get to the game choice screen. When I choose a game and then the level, there is another delay of several seconds. It has crashed a couple of times and given me messages about “encountering an error.” When - and if - I get to the games, it seems okay. I like the choice of games, the hardness levels, and especially the “doodles.” When it’s working correctly, it’s a great game to kill an hour or two and can be easily set down without any major problems. I hope how soon Astraware updates, as I would like to keep the program on my iPad.

Challenging!

Great game! I like word games, they are so much more challenging than matching colored tiles! I can get lost in this game for hours. I used to play this a few years ago on Windows and was disappointed that I could not find it to work on the new tablet I had purchased at that time. Now that I have an iPad, I can play it again! And having 5 different games rolled into one app keeps me from getting bored. I did try this game over 6 months ago, but had to delete it due to a few bugs. The worst one was the game hesitating when submitting words. I thought I would give it another try and I'm glad I did. The bugs I experienced when playing before, have been resolved. Tile and word turnover are fast and smooth. Only glitch I can see is that you cannot select and open the books in the library to view special achievements. But that is the only issue I have.
