Stopped recording entires

Minebatgirl

I’ve only been using this for a few weeks with peak flow meter it came with and it’s already severely disappointing. First it gave me a really hard time with creating the action plan, but I eventually got I working somehow. I figured it was just a glitch that kept giving me the wrong options. Now, it hasn’t saved an entry 3 days. No matter how many times I restart the app or renter the data it doesn’t appear in my records. What a waste of time.

Useful, but needs work

openearja

I have this app on both my iPad and my Android device. It is useful for tracking my symptoms and for reminding me use my inhaler. However, the medications record on the iOS app does not accurately show my adherence. Although I’ve used and recorded use of my inhaler everyday, and it reflects accordingly in the Android app, in the iOS app it’s showing me as totally non compliant. I only keep the iOS app because the reminders don’t works on the Android one! PLEASE FIX THEM BOTH!!!

Downloaded app and don’t know what a PSP code is to use the app. Called god help with number provided with literature. Left message on voicemail.

The app doesn’t work

Jessamuhca

“The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the right format.” I bought the peak flow meter that is supposed to work with this app, tried to create an account to start using the app, and it will not let me log in to use it.

It’s just a bit saddening that this app hasn’t been updated in over 3 years. As one of the most detailed apps for asthma sufferers, it would be nice if this app got a refresh: 1. Off the bat, add HealthKit support — this really should have been implemented when HealthKit was announced in 2014 ? 2. Universal app implementation, making it iPad compatible; it would be great to see all this information on a large screen, especially when showing it to your doctor. And, with that... 3. Add iCloud support instead of having to login so that data can stay updated across devices. And, i on the off chance someone forgets their login password, data will still stay synced in the cloud. 4. Also, adding Touch ID/Face ID support to keep data safe. 5. A refresh of the UI/UX to make it compatible with the latest software and devices. PLEASE, do not abandon this app!

Should actually be 0 stars...

This is a useless app. I keep getting a message that my information is in the wrong format why I try to register as a user. There are no instructions for certain pieces of information that are required, and labeled with initials. I had high hopes, but it is an unfortunate waste of time.

What is the PSP code??

uggggghhhh

I would love to use this app for convenience purposes but it won’t let me follow through with registration because I don’t know the PSP code and can’t find it anywhere. When I put something random in for the PSP it follows to the next page but then says invalid credentials

Not good because I download the app and filled in my information and it keep saying wrong format so I’m done with it. I tried it 3 times . I should know my information and know how to fill out requirements.

PSP?

1 star because it is an excellent idea but sounds like there are a number of glitches. I can’t even track down what ever the PSP code is to get the app rolling. So, it has been deleted.

Have difficulty saving my entries. Have to hit the save button multiple times before it saves the entry.
